ONLINE COACHING STANDARDS
All online sessions follow the same standards for safeguarding, behaviour and student support.

QUIET, SAFE SPACE
Your child should join the session from a quiet, safe space where they can focus.

NO RECORDINGS OR SCREENSHOTS
Sessions must not be recorded or screenshotted unless this has been agreed in advance.

STUDENT TECH ISSUES
Sessions missed due to student-side technical issues are non-refundable.

COACH TECH ISSUES
If the coach has technical issues, we will reschedule the session or offer credit.
SAFEGUARDING — UNDER 16s
Students aged 16 or under must have an adult present in the home.
We recommend a parent/carer checks in regularly to support safeguarding.
