Guidance for Parents & Guardians
Everything we do is designed to keep children safe, supported and respected in class. Please read the guidance below before attending.
Snacks & Allergies
- Strictly no nuts or sesame products to protect allergy sufferers.
- Water bottles encouraged — no fizzy drinks or sweets.
- Pack only safe, non-messy snacks.
Absence & Illness
- Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- If your child is unwell, email: info@cherrystars.co.uk.
- We may send children home if they are unwell or unable to participate safely.
Drop-off & Collection
- Please collect your child promptly.
- Late collections may result in additional charges or review of placement.
Behaviour, Conduct & Safeguarding
- We expect kindness, teamwork, and respect.
- Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal without refund.
- All staff are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding.
Photos & Media Consent
- Consent for photos/videos is collected during sign-up.
- If consent is not given, your child will be excluded from class recordings or media.
- Update consent anytime by emailing info@cherrystars.co.uk.
